Erudit AI, a SaaS platform, aims to provide insights into employees' mental health by analyzing conversations. Recently, the challenge shifted from targeting HR teams to Operations leaders (COOs), with the need of a redefined value proposition and platform features.
Transitioning the product's focus to COOs requires a deep understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile and the creation of a value proposition tailored to business leaders. Additionally, constraints such as privacy considerations and technological limitations pose challenges.
To address these challenges, a human-centered approach was adopted to develop a differentiated value proposition and prioritize features aligned with COOs' needs. Through iterative research, ideation workshops, and prototype validation, Erudit AI refines its platform to offer actionable insights and enhance usability, ultimately delivering a unique value proposition tailored to business leaders.
